John, I would like to know more about your funding. Ive got a client that is looking to start a project just out side of New Orleans. Its a residential project looking at approx 500 new homes. They are seeking right at 5M and willing to return 25%. If this is something you can help me with please contact me.

Tom,

We could use a bit of this fund here in Oregon.
I am looking for some backup as we ground pound for the goods.

I have guys looking to fund a 18m master plan here in town, as well as a Tenessee project mixed use and huge. We dont do many 400 lot deals here in Oregon and there is basically NO ONE pushing land right now. We run out fast so it would be good to position now.

John-

I represent a group that is developing a 240 unit apartment complex in two phases. IRR exceed 30%. Great location and great market dynamics. Cost is appox. 90,000 a door. Does your fund invest in projects like this. Please advise.

In search of investors that would be appropriate to invest in our new platform to acquire and work out defaulted residential whole loans primarily in the southwest?

We are committing over $20mm of our own dollars for the co-investment and are bringing together about $250-$500mm to round out the capital stack.
