Seeking 38 million in investments

The purpose of this is to raise funds for a travel plaza to be located in Philadelphia. There is no competition within 50 miles, and there is heavy truck travel within the area. the whole project will be professionally managed by experienced professionals already hand picked. Full disclosure and auditing of books will exist for investors, and can be personally reported on by myself (I have an accounting degree and am studying for my CPA).
