David Rivnak - Managing Director, Asset Management

Mr. Rivnak has over 25 years' experience in real estate asset management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. He has held senior asset management positions at Citicorp Real Estate, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association and Merrill Lynch & Co. and has managed asset and loan sales for private and U.S. Government clients of the J.E. Robert Company. Mr. Rivnak is experienced in working with U.S. Government agencies in the ownership, leasing and management of properties. Most recently, Mr. Rivnak was Managing Director Asset Management for Terra Capital Partners and was responsible for the portfolio and asset management of a $ 1.1 billion REIT portfolio of 6mm so of Class A Office and Industrial [properties across the U.S.Prior to that Mr. Rivnak was Director of Real Estate and Acquisitions for the endowment of Collegiate Church of New York City where he was responsible for the rehabilitation, re-leasing and repositioning of a Manhattan office portfolio. Mr. Rivnak is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Institute and is a New York State licensed salesperson. Mr. Rivnak received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University.
