Hello Pradeep..

I hope this finds you well. I wanted to touch bases with you to let you know that I have not forgotten about you. I do have a question for you. Do you work with any investors who may be looking for large development projects to invest in or do a joint venture. I have just been made aware of a rather large development project here in the United States..the entire project is going to be a
$1 Billion project which will include a new Trump Towers and a 5-star luxury hotel and more..we are looking for investors as well. If you do have investors who may be interested in this sort of thing my partner Jeff McConkey, who is Principal Director for our group, and I would love to talk with you about it. We are direct to the CEO/Project Manager for this project.

Also The Avista Group is representing a hotel in Orlando, Fl that is for sale and a couple others in Northern California..we represent the owner directly for the Orlando hotel. Please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you and we are watching for land deals for you and your group as well. Perhaps we can set up a conference call so that we can at least introduce ourselves to each other that way for now and talk about how we can help each other going forward.
