Toronto Developer seeks US workouts

BGI Group is a full service Developer based in Toronto (www.bgigroup.ca ) unexposed to the credit crunch.
We provide all aspects of Development related to Land, Planning & Design, Sales & Marketing,
Legals, Finance, Construction.

We are seeking opportunities in the US for Resort type Projects $5Mil -$100Mil+.
Projects can be workouts, half built, in default, rezonings etc.

Also we currently require a Bridge Loan of $7-10Mil leading to a construction loan of $165Mil for a new 4 star full service family suite Mountain Resort in TN at the Smokies National Park (10Mil visitors annually).

We also develop Adult Lifestyle Communities and are seeking good opportunities.
