I know what you are thinking, and no this is not going to cost several thousand USD. Keep a hold of your money. I am serious about funding development transactions. We can provide HUD's of funded MM transactions in the US. We will entertain projects in most places in the world, but prefer the US. I will not give you BS tombstones, and ask for money. We provide 2 documents to complete to determine basic eligibility. It takes 72-96 hours to determine interest. Our minimum loan is 10mm USD. We have no maximum. We will look at everything from residential development to resorts. PLEASE do not ask for money for films, or oil research, etc. The financing is for REAL ESTATE. We can fund with in 45 days. A lot of clients have been applying with a vast amount of due dilligence. Due dilligence is not always required from our funding sources. We are here to help you with your hotel development, or mixed use project. If you are a residential developer please keep in mind that we are requiring pre-sales. REAL pre-sales. We look for hard, and binding contracts with 15-20% deposits held in escrow. Depending on strength the amount of pre-sales or pre-leases wil lvary, but a good number is 50%. We have looked at financing 100% LTC with 100% pre-sold, or pre-leased, and a strong developer. YOU must have liquidity, and experience. Your project must be viable.
